Phillip Bufford is an independent television producer, writer, director, actor, and creative executive focused on developing original, character-driven entertainment for television and emerging distribution platforms.

Mr. Bufford is the creator and creative force behind the award-winning drama series "Dear Love", as well as the television drama miniseries "Honest Liars".
