Sandy Nobleza Manalo

Biography

A Filipino filmmaker and researcher based in Caloocan. He is a graduate of the Communication Research program at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Manila in 2019. His first venture into filmmaking, particularly screenwriting, was when he became part of the FDCP & FSG Screenwriting Workshop 2025 held in Malolos, Bulacan. More recently, he explored the art of directing as part of the first batch of the Halikon Film Guild Intensive Filmmaking Workshop.
