Ioanna Tsilili

Biography

Ioanna Tsilili is a scriptwriter, film director and producer credited in fiction and documentary films, based in Athens, Greece. Her work centers on intimate stories of resilience and belonging, often told through complex female protagonists. Surrealism, psychoanalytical inquiry and ambiguity of reality are reflected in her work. Her first short film "ALL THAT RAIN WASHED AWAY" (2022) premiered at 24th Thessaloniki Documentary Festival. Her second short film "WINCLIPPER"- a retrofuturistic sci-fi thriller - was released in September 2026. She is a Sarajevo Talent Script Station 2026.
