Dina Spybey (born August 29, 1965) is an American actress, also known as Dina Waters or Dina Spybey-Waters since her 2000 marriage to director Mark Waters. She has appeared in more than 20 films, including Big Night (1996), Striptease (1996), The First Wives Club (1996), SubUrbia (1996), John Q (2002), Freaky Friday (2003), The Haunted Mansion (2003), and Just Like Heaven (2005).

On television, Spybey is perhaps best known for her role as Tracy Montrose Blair on the first season of Six Feet Under.
