Biography

Mateo Méndez (Buenos Aires, Argentina, May 24, 2005) is a director, cinematographer and film editor. He is currently completing his degree in Audiovisual Design at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE).

His work spans several short films, including Eterno Retorno (2024), his directorial debut; Clérambault (2025), his first project as lead cinematographer; and La Casaca (2025), in which he worked as both cinematographer and editor. La Casaca was selected for four international film festivals, including the Lift-Off Global Network’s First-Time Filmmaker Sessions in the United Kingdom.
