Moana Williams

Biography

Moana Williams is a New Zealand based actor. He has Belgian, Cook Island Maori and Croatian heritage. He started his acting career on stage at the age of 11 where he played Maui in the musical Moana Jr. with Nelson Youth Theatre. At 15, he has performed in almost 20 productions, often in lead roles. In 2024 his family moved to Auckland where he gained 2 awards in less than 6 months through NSPA and Stage Antics. He recently performed as Bill Austin in Mamma Mia with Westlake Boys College, directed by Dr. Nick Brown. After playing a small role in a local short film, Moana was sold to screen acting.
