Carmen Cecilia Halphen, born on June 8, 2001, in Panama City, is a Panamanian-Spanish artist who stands out in the cinematic field. She is currently in her final year of studying Film and Television at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), specializing in production design.

From a young age, Carmen has shown a strong interest in the arts, participating in theater, radio production, event planning, and music video production.
