Herbert Almeida

Biography

Herbert Almeida is a Brazilian actor. He began his career with the Tal&Pá theater company, where he was a member for two years. During this time, he performed in O Último Carro, by João das Neves (2005), playing Cicatriz, and Arena Conta Zumbi, by Augusto Boal, Gianfrancesco Guarnieri, and Edu Lobo (2006), playing Ganga Zumba.

For his performance in Arena Conta Zumbi, Almeida was awarded Best Actor by both the professional jury and the popular jury at the State of São Paulo Student Theater Festival, held at the Tatuí Conservatory.
