Hal Kirkland is an award-winning writer and director whose work explores what happens when human nature collides with the systems we create. Blending dark humor, emotional honesty, and an eye for the often contradictory absurdities of life, his stories find unexpected humanity in places where we wouldn’t think to look.

He began his career shaping visual storytelling in design and advertising before shifting his focus toward narrative film, music videos, and immersive experiences.
