Marcus Russell is Manager of Oasis, and many other rock bands, Managing Director of Big Brother Records and Managing Director of Ignition Management.

Throughout the 80s and 90s, Russell, together with Alec McKinlay, were responsible for the career of bands and artists such as Latin Quartet, The Bible, Johnny Marr, The The and Electronic.
