Preston Mohr

Biography

Preston Mohr has been in visual effects production since July 2021. He is a VFX production manager based in New York City. He is known for his work on Palm Royale (2024), Barbie (2023), and Twisters (2024). Raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, Preston graduated from Holmdel High School and studied computer science and film at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. He wrote and directed the short film Skylight (2021) for his senior capstone, leading a small production team and band of five visual effects artists.
