Dan Perlman is a comedian, writer, and director from New York City. He co-created, wrote, and starred in Showtime's critically acclaimed comedy Flatbush Misdemeanors. The series' two-season run holds a rare 100% Rating on Rotten Tomatoes, earning unanimous praise from outlets including The New York Times, Variety, Roger Ebert, TIME, and The Guardian. Dan made his directorial debut in the Flatbush episode "boomerang," which Vulture lauded for its "masterful direction."
