Sassan Saffari

Biography

Sassan Saffari is half Persian and half English, Scottish, Irish, French, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, & Danish. A lot of halves. He was born and raised in Boston, MA. His Grandmother, Edith Conklin Weaver; a painter, poet, and lover of art, had a profound impact on his life, work, and growth as an artist. His college years were spent honing his craft in San Diego at his alma mater, MiraCosta College Theatre. Throughout his time in the program, he was fortunate enough to win scholarships and awards through the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival and had the opportunity of performing in over thirty productions in San Diego; professionally and at his college.
