Biography

Edson Barrus, born in 1961 Brazil, artist leaving in São Paulo and Paris. Develop now with UTBM the Project Mulato's Dog. Artistgranted by CNPQ-Brasil.

Cultural activist , has created the alternative space Rés do Chão in Rio de Janeiro from 2002 to 2005, a space to study, perform display and investigate on contemporary art practices.

Editor of the magazine Nós Contemporâneos.

Has participated to many International Film Festival in Europe and in the Americas.
