Caroline Mariko Stucky is an award winning Swiss-Japanese independent filmmaker with a fierce passion for American culture. For Caroline, film, the world of the image, is the ultimate language that trumps the whirling kaleidoscope of spoken languages of her childhood. As a director, the 2013-2014 season has marked the premieres of her two short films "Paper Boats" and "ColorBlind" in New York, as well as the beginning of work for her first feature film.
