Biography

Myeong Yun Baek, known professionally as YunB, is a South Korean-American rapper, composer, and producer. He was born in New York and he has dual citizenship as a result. He graduated from New York University with a bachelor's degree in Philosophy.

He made his debut in 2016 with the single "Runaway, Pt. 1" under Hi-Lite Records (하이라이트레코즈). He appeared as a contestant for several seasons of "Show Me The Money". He has also ventured into producing and has appeared in reality shows where strategy is involved.

In 2021, his contract with Hi-Lite Records ended and he created his own label, Sad Gas.
