Lungnan Isak Fangas

Biography

Lungnan Isak Fangas is a Pangcah documentary filmmaker born in Chishang Township, Taitung County. His award-winning documentary Ocean Fever (2004) was invited to various film festivals in Taiwan, South Korea, and the United States. In 2010, he served as the executive producer on a series of documentaries about Typhoon Morakot, which had caused one of the most devastating flooding incidents in Taiwan. He also produced Taivalu, which won the Grand Prize and Best Documentary at the 2011 Taipei Film Awards.
