Masataka Ichimi

Biography

Masataka Ichimi (born in 1987 in Mie Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese film director and screenwriter. He studied filmmaking at the Graduate School of Film and New Media at Tokyo University of the Arts. His directing credits include Koi ni Tsukimono (2013) and Right Here Right Now (2014), for which he also worked as a screenwriter. He later directed and wrote the horror film Death Forest (2014) and returned to direct Death Forest 2 (2015).
