Biography

Deverakonda Vijay Sai, known professionally as Vijay Deverakonda, is an Indian actor and film producer who predominantly works in Telugu cinema.

He made his feature film debut with a supporting role in the romantic comedy *Nuvvila* (2011) and gained initial acclaim for his performance in the coming-of-age drama *Yevade Subramanyam* (2015). He played the lead role in the romantic comedy *Pelli Choopulu* (2016), which received the National Award, and portrayed a surgeon in *Arjun Reddy* (2017). His other films include the biographical drama *Mahanati* (2018), *Geetha Govindam* (2018), *Taxiwaala* (2018), *Dear Comrade* (2019), *Kushi* (2023), and *Kingdom* (2025).
