Biography

Ariane Louis-Seize is a Canadian film director and screenwriter from Quebec. Her debut feature film, Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person (Vampire humaniste cherche suicidaire consentant) premiered at the 80th Venice International Film Festival in 2023. Louis-Seize won awards at the Calgary International Film Festival, the Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival, the Directors Guild of Canada, Festival du nouveau cinéma, the Venice International Film Festival, and the Windsor International Film Festival for her work on the film.
