Melissa Dawn Smith

Biography

Melissa was born in Lexington, Kentucky, but as an Army Brat, lived all over the world. Her father was a social worker in the Army for over 20 years. Her mother was a medic in the Women's Army Corp, and her parents met while both were stationed in Germany in the late 1970's. After finishing graduate school, her father reenlisted and the traveling began. Having lived in South Korea, Germany, and various states in the United States, she resides now in San Antonio, Texas. She began acting on stage early, and she went on to earn a BA and a MA in theater. While Melissa enjoys live theater, she really loves working on film.
