Oduvaldo Vianna Filho, also known as Vianinha (Rio de Janeiro, June 4, 1936 — Rio de Janeiro, July 16, 1974), was a Brazilian playwright, communist activist, actor and director of theater and television. An active participant in Teatro de Arena, founder of the Centro Popular de Cultura da UNE and Grupo Opinião, his dramaturgy is marked by the exposure of Brazilian reality through the simple and hard-working man, in opposition to foreign cultural hegemony.
