Overview

A year after the death of her husband, the head of a flower arrangement school, Miyabe Kasumi was living alone and working at a club run by her friend Fujiwara Satomi. It was then that she met Yamazaki Kazuo, a customer at the club. Unaware that Yamazaki was a con artist, Kasumi was touched by his kindness in filling the void in her heart and began dating him with the intention of marriage. However, Yamazaki was eager to marry her, but Kasumi couldn't quite commit. Partly because she had become emotionally numb from not being able to let go of her feelings for her deceased husband, she was also worried about her brother-in-law, Miyabe Ryuichi.
