Overview
Ten-year-old Elena lives in an orphanage where she longs to be seen, understood, and chosen. As her fragile health begins to deteriorate, she creates an idealized world in her imagination—one where the people around her become the caring figures she wishes they could be. But as reality and imagination gradually blur, Elena is forced to confront the difference between what she sees and what she longs to see.
