Overview
A state of conscious and permanent visibility of all we do assures the [now automatic] function of power. The power is both visible and unverifiable. A watchtower has been woven into our pockets - it has been miniaturized, networked, automated Is a system of surveillance a system of censorship? Is a system of surveillance a system of safety?
