Overview

Opekkha follows Tahmida Jannat, a young girl diagnosed with cancer, whose final days are shaped by love, loss, and reflection. Her deepest bond is with her younger sister Sarin, who stands by her despite their broken family. As she battles illness, Tahmida writes a diary capturing her pain, memories, and longing. Her boyfriend Sunny abandons her after her diagnosis, choosing her friend Moumita instead. After her death, Tahmida sends her diary to Risan, who learns the depth of her emotions through her words.
